Prof. Tushar Siag is an assistant professor in the department of aerospace at Punjab Engineering College (PEC), Chandigarh. At the college, he is involved in academic activities, research work and holds various positions of responsibility.

Currently, Prof. Tushar is working closely with a defense research lab to develop radial outward flow turbines for application in turbogenerators. Design methodology involves simulation and experimental techniques.

He is contributing as a member of 'Board of Studies (BoS)' of Punjab State Aeronautical Engineering College, Patiala and has designed modules of different courses for the college. He is life-member of Aeronautical Society of India.

As a coordinator of 'Career Development And Guidance Center (CDGC)' at PEC he conducts campus recruitment drives and act as a link between company and students. Also, he is closely involved with 'Entrepreneur and Incubation Cell (EIC)' of the college and assist students to covert their start-up ideas into successful business ventures.
